My Reason Behind Grief in Bloom

My journey with infertility and baby loss began in 2022, and it has been one of the hardest paths I’ve ever walked. For a long time, I felt completely alone — unsure how to process my grief or express the deep emotions that came with losing a baby and facing the challenges of infertility.

About a year ago, I started sharing my story on TikTok, and through that, I found an incredible community of others who understood exactly how I felt. People began reaching out, sharing their own stories and pain, and it reminded me that none of us are truly alone in this. Hearing their experiences helped me heal in ways I didn’t expect, and it also opened my eyes to something important that was missing.

So many women commented on my videos expressing how they felt their loss didn’t “count” or wasn’t as significant because it happened early — maybe after losing embryos or experiencing a very early miscarriage. But to me, a loss is a loss. No matter the stage, it changes you, it impacts your heart, and it deserves to be honored.

When I looked around, I realized there weren’t many journals or spaces made for all stages of baby loss. Most were focused on full-term or stillbirth experiences, and I wanted to create something that acknowledged every kind of loss — whether it’s an early miscarriage, infertility loss, or the heartbreak of saying goodbye later on. That’s when Grief in Bloom was born: a journal meant for anyone who has loved and lost, no matter the timing or circumstance.

This journal combines letter writing and coloring as a way to express love, grief, and healing. It offers a safe, comforting space to write letters to your angel baby, to hold onto memories, and to let your emotions bloom onto the pages.

Grief in Bloom isn’t just a journal — it’s something you can keep forever. It’s a reflection of growth, healing, and love that continues to live on. Over time, it becomes a reminder of how far you’ve come, and how your love has shaped your strength. This book isn’t only for mothers — it can bring comfort and peace to fathers, grandparents, and even siblings who are also grieving. My hope is that it provides a secure place of peace for anyone who opens its pages, knowing that their love and loss truly matter.

What makes this Journal unique.
